Guess your achilles (or whatever it specifically was) is completely healed now? I remember you saying you were able to start back jogging like six months or so ago.

Cleared for full go on achilles. No brace and arse wiping allowed on bicep. No excercise or jerking off for another 4 weeks with it though.
