You got a little taste of it with the modern landscape of coaching salaries. They used to be thought of as having loyalty. They’ve been nothing more than paid mercenaries pimped out to the highest bidder by super agents.
Funny that I don’t remember the other bama fan bitching about Saban being entitled for making $10 million a year.

Some high school kids rated by random recruiting services as a 5* are rumored to be pulling +$1million in NIL at some positions before they've even logged any meaningful playing time.

Because that is his value. And more importantly, the value he provides is part of the value provided to the players. Imagine how much it would cost someone if they had to pay to get mentored by that person for multiple years.
But that's too complicated for you to understand. All you see is revenue.
Which means you've likely never in your life owned a business or have any concept of what revenue actually means. I mean anyone who thinks you should get a % of revenue has no idea what revenue is. Also probably why you have no fricking clue what capitalism or communism looks like.
