What the fans want has nothing to do with it. We are in a new era of "moneyball" and right now ESPN is screwing the hell out of the SEC.
And if there is any doubt whatsoever a Big 10 team gets in playoff over an SEC team. Seen that story before.

The SEC received the benefit of the doubt every single year dating back to 2006 Florida over Michigan.
