I would drop Smart for now, as I think Vince Dooley was the more important hire. Smart doesn't win a title at UGA unless they're an established power, and Dooley did that.

I'd also drop Urban in favor of Steve Spurrier. Before Spurrier, Florida was just Kentucky with more sunshine, but he turned them into an annual contender and a destination job.
