Yeah, it has taken years for Dave to get the program and facilities to the level to recruit top talent and the fan support is outstanding now.I doubt we’d be close to where we are with any other coach..

It helps that Dave is a former player and graduate.
back in 2003, it was a stepping stone job and other coaches would have left for better jobs but the script has been flipped.
