Can I interest you in 2012 Auburn?

At a quick glace 2013 A&M defense gave up 32.2 PPG and 2023 LSU gave up 28.0 PPG (I personally thought it would have been more than that)

Ole Miss in one of Luke’s last years was mega-arse

quote:They gave up 29.3 PPG which is funny because they went 3-9. Just didn't have an offense (18.7 PPG). Statistically better defense than 2013 A&M though

2023 LSU shut out Army and only allowed 14 to Georgia Southern
2013 A&M allowed 31 to Rice, 28 to Sam Houston, 13 to SMU and 7 to UTEP.

I wonder if PPG in conference play is drastically different

2013 was just so bad. Everyone looked like they were lost and worse yet, no physicality.
I think 2013 is when we got the Fornett gif if I’m not mistaken.

Gotta be us in 2013, no?
Such a waste, offensively we were even better than 2012, Johnny put up better numbers than in his heisman year. We just flat out sucked on defense. In his Netflix documentary Johnny even said “that team was better than 8-4” but I don’t think it was his partying that held it back, it was the defense.

Compared to 2019 that defense was the legendary Steel Curtain. Our defense under Chad in his final year was record setting bad. We were bombed, and bombed consistently, by some teams that had fairly feeble offenses that year.
