When the hurricane put NO under water it ran a great many thugs to city’s in a circle of Houston , Jackson, Memphis ,Birmingham, and the Greater Mobile area. If you check there will be a spike in crime for the year after the storm in this area.Houston may have been most affected but they all got a new breed of thugs.

Unfortunately, a lot of them moved back.
