This is considered the second magic portal of the year. No SEC player can transfer to another SEC team.

The federal courts have ruled that schools can not put restrictions on players transferring, or NIL restrictions. The SEC will “approve” any waiver, as they don’t want the courts to get involved like they did with the NCAA.
