On a day when college basketball eclipses football for the attention of American sports fans, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is playing a big part in the college hoops world.
Jones’ alma mater, Arkansas, has hired coach John Calipari away from Kentucky, and Jones’ status as a booster has been cited as one of the reason that Calipari walked away from a college basketball blue blood to coach the Razorbacks.

I doubt it was any more significant than it would take to make a headline and probably nothing at all if no public details are available. Jones is one of the greediest pieces of scum on the planet. Ask any of his several kids or grandkids that he won’t even acknowledge.
You can also watch any public footage of him and notice at least one family member or high level employee acting super nervous around him to make sure every little hint of his discomfort is addressed immediately.
