and not the other 3 games for bama to win the final 4. the way he played that night he is the one tall versatile player that is unique to go along with the shooting from the rest of the team. if he is a no show then trounced by conn by 30 like everyone else.

Bama got nothing to lose at this point. They have far exceeded expectations. Play loose and leave it all out on the floor. Keep doing what got them there.

Grant played great that's for sure... But Griffen hit 19, Estrada hit 19 and Sears hit 18... Pringle had some big stops.
This game and this team doesn't hedge on the play of one person... that was Bama's problem last year.. we actually played better when Miller was off and everyone else had to chip in.
Bama's super power is that when you lock up one guy they can kill you with 3 or 4 others depending on the match ups. Nate Oats and his staff will find it and exploit it.

Foul trouble is what he has to avoid. Can't help the team from the bench. Clemson did the smart thing and went right at him to start the game and he obliged by fouling. UConn will likely do the same. He has to avoid fouling and stay on the court.
