Nothing technical about it. Does Georgia count the other half? They both are recorded and the hardware has been passed out.

Thems the rules, no apologies for the game we played for 100 years. Conference champions or mythical NCs as well.

I'm good with the history books.. but when something is done after the fact.. in this case.. Miss State having to forfeit games 2 years later, that shouldn't count as wins for their opponents..

As an example, if Mark Ingram was determined to be ineligible in the 2009 NC game, Texas shouldn't be able to retroactively say we were National Champs. That would be stupid. No one should get to claim that year.

..just my opinion
