Go back and watch the tackle on CJ Mosley in the infamous 1-9-12 game. That tackle dislocated his hip. There is a reason that tackle should be eliminated.

Other than a shitty tackle by a QB after throwing a pick, please tell me what kind of tackle this was.

That was hardly a hip drop tackle and was a freak injury and could've happened on any tackle from the side or from behind. You are basically disallowing wrapping up which has been the staple of tackling since football's inception.
