Wrong. Don’t know where you got 0.02 for every beer, that’s impossible to determine because it stays in your system while you’re drinking your next drink. It’s about time, weight, and amount drank for the most part. 3 beers in an hour would put a 200 pound man (Etienne) right around 0.08.
0.02 is an average for adult men. Your body metabolizes at a rate of 0.015-0.02 per hour. Yeah, there are other factors. No, a 200lb grown man isn’t blowing 0.08+ after having 3 drinks in an hour.

I said maybe 4, if he ate something. These are general guidelines that you showed. They are almost ALWAYS wrong. Show this to a DUI lawyer and they’ll laugh in your face.
I’ve had a roommate who had a breathalyzer on his car that wouldn’t allow 0.05 or more, or else he couldn’t start the car. If we got really hammered late on a Friday night, it wasn’t uncommon for him not to be able to start the car until 2 or 3 PM on Saturday. Etienne blew a sub 0.08 at 4:35 am.
My point was that, below 0.08 is nothing. A college kid who is partying regularly is going to have at least some tolerance and would barely feel it at 0.08. He thought he was good, and he wasn’t. But if he were 21, he’d be a good citizen. Gimme a break. But play semantics all you want.
The alcoholics on this board would not even feel it until 0.10
