Wait, tRant told me to get ready for 7-5 seasons and the Music City Bowl every year.

Bama will always be Bama and recruit itself… a lot of schools can say that. I guess the question is whether or not he can continue the Saban-like success that you people are implying.

Rantards - Panic hire!
Reality - Took less than 48 hours to secure one of the top coaches in the country. Deal was likely in the works for a while before Saban announced.
Rantards - He can't recruit!
Reality - Top 5 class and climbing a couple of months into the job, while also keeping one of the highest rated recruits ever in Ryan Williams.
Rantards - He ain't got no southern ties!
Reality - Hires a solid staff with plenty of ties to the south.
What other knee-jerk dipshit narratives did I forget?
That's pretty much it. Nice job. Damn it's fun to watch their narratives crumble.

The Mizzy-like “respect me” posts from Bama, lately.
Like, one solitary guy leaves and yall forgot everything.

There will never be another Nick Saban. But Alabama has been a championship winning football program for 90% of its existence. Take away Saban and Bryant's titles and Bama still has as many as LSU.

Has now moved BAMA into the top 5 in recruiting after securing a commitment from the #2 athlete in the country, Darrell "Duke" Johnson. Not bad for a guy who "can't recruit".

Imagine the school with 18 National Championships and 30 SEC Championships proving this bunch of haters wrong. And the beat goes on.

So BAMA will have BAMA talent but look like Washington?

Has nothing to do with that and you know it. You all had your little fun at BAMA's expense when Saban retired. Now BAMA is back to put their boot on your throat.

LSU had good recruits and talent in O’s final years here… but it didn’t cut it in the SEC.

What's Kelly's excuse? Les Miles laughs at your new coach.

Let’s look at it like this. When Bama is on point like Saban had them, he could completely control recruiting and raid rival states like LA and GA to get basically whoever he wanted.
So, if Bama is “back” like you say, I suppose Harsin will be raiding Louisiana and Georgia for their top recruits and flipping the top recruits of their classes, right?
After all, both programs are out recruiting Bama at this time and it doesn’t look to be changing.

Let’s look at it like this, just got a commit from a top 35 player from Georgia today.
Congrats on being 4 spots ahead of us in recruit rankings with about twice as many commits

Yep, and he's only getting started. Tons of recruiting momentum in T-Town right now.

Top 35 player, Duke Johnson, from Georgia, just committed to ALABAMA. You really should Google more.

And congrats on the #35 overall player being your highest ranked commit in this class and not really even trending for anyone higher… not very Saban-like.
LSU can’t really brag either, though. We only have 3 top 20 and commits and 2 in the top 5.

In Harsin's case, recruiting should be easy given he's inheriting a program on top. His trajectory isn't going to be like someone inheriting a program that was in free fall or already a dumpster fire.

And that’s your top commit for this class… you’re not trending for anyone else besides maybe Ffrench.
Have you checked who’s ranked at #s 17,3, and 1?
