It’s your fault, folks. You make winning too important.

The reason coaches put up with this is fans are impatient and they want to keep their $10,000,000 salaries.

The only reason Saban said “frick it” is because he’s at retirement age anyway with a net worth of who knows how many millions.

All you frickers care about is winning. You don’t care if the players are from the other side of the world, if they are legit college caliber students who value education, and if they have questionable character.

If the Alabama coach made $200,000 and Bama fans only wanted a sound program with high values (which CFB should be about) and not all the natty or bust pressure, this guy would have been told to stay in Iowa.
