GW Bush over Kerry - 2004 (55.09% for Bush)
GW Bush over Gore - 2000 (51.88% for Bush)
In every election in this century, Spokane County has supported the GOP candidate over the Democrat.

Spokane is not Spokane county.
Eastern Washington is very conservative and Spokane is right on the boarder with north Idaho (extremely conservative). Spokane it's self is liberal. The area outside the city, (still in Spokane County) is conservative.
