It's an OK city. I've been living here for a couple of years but plan to head back south in a few years.
Riverfront park is nice, and there are lots of great outdoorsy things to do around the area.
Huge homeless/drug problem though, based on enablist politics. Most of the problematic areas are between South of Riverside Ave and i90 downtown. Unfortunately, there are many solid restaurants and venues in this area too.
Also, it is pronounced, Spo-Can
