Florida and Auburn have historically had "spotty" success. Florida didn't win the SEC until 1991. Auburn is always up, down. UT is the one that baffles me. They were really good for a hundred years until Fulmer was let go and have never really gotten back.

Now as far as Ole miss and Mizzou, I'm not sure I would call them "elite". Maybe competitive is the word.
