By all accounts she has everything that this board is looking for – she's pleasant and humble.
Are other sports message board destroying the poor girl, or is this place just "special" with one too many nutjob jealous LSU fans, the ones who think that "the only reason why women's college basketball gets three times the rating of college baseball and the only reason why their popularity isn't comparable is because ESPN has an agenda and ESPN is evil... Pete Maravich better. Angel Reese better. Corndog corndog"
Or is it even deeper than that?
(1.) Actually, she has displayed past actions that did not portray her as 'pleasant and humble.' Flopping, bumping other players and fans to instigate crap, and holding up fingers to the crowd, etc.
Doesn't sound humble to me. Now, she may be playing it different now, I don't know.
(2.) Presenting one's own right to an opinion and actual real-life facts that actually occurred -
(e.g. - recognizing that Clark:
(a.) has the Women's NCAA scoring record, but not the Men's.
(b.) played four years as opposed to three.
(c.) had the benefit of the three-point line.
is not congruent in any way whatsover with with being 'jealous' or a 'nut-job.' (whether that be Louisiana State, Kentucky, Arkansas, Alabama, or any other SEC school's posters on this board who have made similar comments). Nor does it indicate 'disdain' of any kind. One would have to know the inner thinkings of the 'disdainor' I presume.
YOUUUUUUUU sir, seem to be that.
Ohhhh, and BTW, the COLLEGE BASKETBALL career scoring records do not belong to either Pistol Pete or Caitlin, but to Pearl Moore of a small college in Florence South Carolina - over 4,000.

Yes, Pearl Moore scored 4061 points while playing for Francis Marion University before there was a 3pt shot and before the NCAA ran women's basketball ( I believe it was run by something called the AIAW back in the 1970s)
