Not only that, UT's streak was only 8 consecutive seasons. The first game of their 9 game streak was 3 years before the second (back when UGA and UT didn't play each other much before SEC expansion).
So if UGA wins this season, it kind of ties that consecutive season streak up. UGA and UT might not play for a few years after that with the two teams not being rivals. The only team we are 100% sure we're playing in the SEC in 2025 is Florida.
