From the Camp Randall Stadium Wikipedia page. The SEC implemented their policy about fans entering the playing field after the Pistons/Pacers brawl back in 2004. It's only a matter of time until a visiting player lays out a fan, and I will have zero sympathy for that fan and would hope that player's coach will refuse to discipline that player.

If you really want to let fans on the field do like Clemson does and allow fans onto the field after every single game after the teams have cleared.
