Your stupidity didn’t age well… Fed judge ruled they haven’t. Up to a court to decide. Besides the fact that Blow you has historically been among the worst cheaters ever. Switzer, Bosworth, et al for reference. Lol…ignorant about your own school, that’s sad.

You do realize that OU and A&M basically have the same number of football probations historically... but they differ in the number of championships that they have acquired.
Ya'll don't ever seem to get your monies worth on your cheating.

Two things that most seem to be missing. First, the judge did not make a final ruling. He just issued a stay until there is a final ruling. Second, this lawsuit is about whether NIL can be used for recruiting. It is pretty limited in scope. It doesn’t strip the NCAA of all rule making ability. Neither does it strip them of the ability to enforce rules.
The reason that the NCAA is sniffing around Tennessee is because of comments made about NIL. But in addition to using NiL for recruiting, there is also the issue of boosters providing illegal benefits outside of NIL, which is still against the rules.
