But here you are wanting to do the opposite of what Dr. King wanted and force people into situations they aren't actually qualified to handle.

You need to wake up. DEI, just like affirmative action, is doing more harm to black people than good. Getting hired or getting selected based solely on race results in situations like what is happening at Harvard with their administration. People who aren't qualified are in over their heads and crash and burn, in often very public and terrible ways. DEI is worse for your interests than you believe it is for mine.

I actually agree with you completely. If I believed me and my family werent getting a fair shake by the community, id move to a different one or start my own one.
