It's not racism to make someone that is hiring for a position take a look at all qualified candidates instead of the few that fit their racially preference.

This guy is literally too stupid to know what DEI is. He acts like the EEOC is being dismantled (which is what DEI does, btw. It is literally a violation of decades of civil rights law)
