If Navy Federal Credit Union is currently being sued for lending discrimination, do you honestly think that hiring discrimination really isn't as persistent? Be serious

I just read an article about this, and this stuck out:

quote:

A spokesperson from Navy Federal said CNN’s analysis was not an accurate reflection of their lending practices because it did not account for other factors, such as credit score, cash in the bank, and relationship history with the lender.

If CNN's analysis didn't account for those things(the most important factors in whether or not a loan will be approved or not) then what exactly did they account for?

That's a flat out lie because the basis of the suit is that black borrowers were turned down that's had similar or better scores than white borrowers.
