The idea that in 2024 that anything resembling a majority of businesses or government positions are going to underqualified white males over minority candidates is laughably out of touch with reality. For any anecdote he has I've got more. The fact is that there is explicit racial bias in hiring/promotion in the US in 2024 and it isn't to benefit white guys.
