Everything looks bad in slow motion. He got his feet knocked out from under him. Why would he randomly decide to karate chop someone in the head? Seems more likely that he just lost his balance

Honestly should be suspended the rest of the year and enrolled in anger management classes and be made to pick up trash on the interstate.
