If that extra game is against Rutgers, Maryland, Indiana, Purdue, Illinois, Nebraska, or Minnesota is it still unfair?

That is a valid point but all those teams are better than G5 teams. While Ohio State and to a lesser degree Michigan will always be the big money games, the hope is the teams in the upper half of the standings will generate more value if their teams are in the playoff hunt.

If we can eventually leave behind the rest of college football then both of our leagues will generate much larger incomes.

Act like A&M, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Arkansas, Mississippi State, and Florida don't play in your conference.
