He’s got the same problem Cal has sometimes. Gets the best players he can but doesn’t think about how they play together. It’s like a fantasy football draft where you take four of the best running backs in the country but forget to pick a quarterback and a defense.

He picked the best players off some of the worst teams in the nation.

He was good at finding talent but failed to develop NBA talent last year. That is when the grumbling began.
