Could the U of A give branding rights to say a Bourbon Company startup

That contributes profits exlusively to NIL?
Or maybe a brewery.
BAMA Bourbon BAMA Beer.
It could be other products. I'm just talking as a general principal... affiliating with companies making product that benefits from the branding and who's profit, by charter, goes to nil.
