Lol, no. Stoops is stuck in as much of a rut as Cal. Can't win big games and doesn't recruit as well. UK's athletic program isn't going to be much to see until changes are made.

Stoops average seasons at football are decent by UK standards historically.
Cals basketball as of late has not.
Close loss in gator bowl > early exit from ncaa tourney
