Saban lost his first SECCG at Bama and then won the next 9 (that he made it to). Poor wording but that's what they meant by 9 straight.
ETA: Saban was 11-1 in the SECCG (2-0 at LSU, 9-1 at Bama). Incredible.

It took Tim Tebow and a loaded and motivated Florida team to beat Saban in 08.
That 08 Alabama team was not nearly as talented as Florida, but Bama still had a 4th quarter lead and it took a clutch performance from Tebow for Florida to win.

Feel like "Saban's 9 Straight SECCG Wins" would have been a better title, eh?

Better but still with problems. Because we didn't win 9 straight, because we missed participating in some in between.
