Have not bailed at all. It’s pretty simple, sorry you’re having trouble understanding. In between Bear and Saban the series is basically even. Thats where we are now. It’s easy to find LSU- Bama 1984-2006.

no it isn't. In between Bear and Saban in the SEC Alabama won 11, LSU won 6, and there was 1 tie. That's not basically even.

So LSU fans will be happy if they can just win close to 50% of their games with Alabama. Just keep it basically even. That seems to be what you are saying.

Head Coach Games Seasons Wins Losses Ties Win %
Nick Saban 18 2007-2023 13 5 0 0.722
Mike Shula 4 2003-2006 0 4 0 0.000
Dennis Franchione 2 2001-2002 1 1 0 0.500
Mike DuBose 4 1997-2000 2 2 0 0.500
Gene Stallings 7 1990-1996 6 1 0 0.857
Bill Curry 3 1987-1989 2 1 0 0.666
Ray Perkins 4 1983-1986 1 2 1 0.375

Now take away the 3 wins that LSU had against Alabama, then add the one loss that they had while Saban coached LSU, and get back to us with a number!
