Kentucky has a good governor who might be president one day.
Its oddly been surprisingly functional. Also he would have likely lost his elections if the GOP Candidates both times he ran didn't go full retard attacking teachers.

Clearly national Republicans who never visited the state. I know tons of KY teachers and they are mostly Republicans.
