There is no way CNS is going to stop wanting to watch film, or eval players, or recruit in some capacity. He will never stop being a part of the team in some kind of way.
The entire thing is turning into a gigantic win win for everyone concerned.

Having Nick Saban on speed dial has got to be the most valuable asset that a college head coach could possibly have.
