Overreaction to 1 good season/win/run has doomed a lot of programs. Muschamp and Martin to your point. Michigan St. football is another big recent one.

exactly. I think Paris is definitely due a raise, especially if in year 2 he makes the tournament. It took Frank like 5 years to do that. Honestly if he makes the tournament and recruits well after then a long term deal in basketball is worth it.
