It was pretty obvious. He was held out of games the last part of year. Speculation was he may have been hurt. When he came back, his entire delivery was changed.

Vandy 5 earned runs on 20 pitches
He was solid in his last outing before that stretch above at South Carolina. My hope is that the season just got to him as a freshman.

Again, he said he got hit in Fall Ball and Spring but simply not true. Luckily his stats were posted elsewhere by a media member.
