We could lose every game in Baton Rouge until 2060 and the series would be still be tied there.

I remember Shun Alexander going off in Tiger Stadium one year. May have been his freshman year. He ran for over 200 yards that game.

There are a disproportionate number of LSU fans on this board (as it is a spinoff of an LSU board, as we are so often reminded), so most interactions on here are with LSU fans, distorting the actual animosity between the fanbases. Historically, however, the “rivalry” doesn’t compare with Auburn and Tennessee.

Talk of the future is simply speculation. If we can’t talk about the past, we don’t have anything real or factual to discuss.

Bama’s dynasty is 100 years old. This is just the end of Saban’s part of it. I’ve seen nine coaching changes at Bama in my lifetime, starting with Bryant. One constant: Bama has always eventually made it back to the top of college football. I expect nothing less this time.
