Mike is a great guy and a very good coach. I loved watching him play at Ole Miss and to be honest was disappointed when UF got him hoping we would. Right now, I'm pretty happy with our hire, but if and when he leaves, I'd hope Mike would be at the top of the list. When Mike played at Ole Miss, one of his team mates was our current AD Keith Carter, so I imagine they talk fairly regularly.
The guy you have now is better and it isn’t close.
