I thought I read there was one tonight. I assumed that was introductory. Anyone know how that went other than Milroe hollering he’s staying?

Dude, Milroe has got to calm down. You can be too vocal when you’re insecure in your leadership position, and it will 100% seem weak. Look at how Cam has handled his benchings vs. how Hurts handled his.

Dude might just be excited. He’s always an animated guy after wins.
Think about it: he played for two coordinators that didn’t know how to utilize his skillset efficiently. Now he has one of the best offensive minds as a head coach. He’ll have to earn the job still, but DeBoer might be able to help him a lot more.

I was only saying that in regard to how emotive he’s been in general. I realize he’s trying to keep the roster intact, but being too vocal can have an inverse effect.
By the way, I like Jalen. By the same coin, I think it’s easy to oversell your argument.

I get what you’re saying, and I’ve been very critical of Jalen, but I love this from him tonight. We have some players transferring who would BENEFIT from our new coach and we have Jalen who loses the loyalty of Saban and will have to contend with a new offense not tailored to his strengths. And he’s there yelling Roll tide and affirming he’s here to compete and win for Alabama. I love it and he won some appreciation from me tonight for his example.
