Nobody knows if he elite coach just yet.
I think it hard to accurately assess how good a coach is with Heisman Caliber QB
D1 coaching record
Fresno St: 12-6
Washington: 25-3 (with heisman Caliber QB)
Overall: 37-9
To prove my argument:
Jimbo fisher with Heisman: 27-1
Without : 99-46

To Be honest he could be a good coach but no one in these parts even knew who he was until the playoff this year. If he ran the offense at UW then he will have many weapons at bama. Just kind of a shock that he will be center stage at one of the top programs in the toughest conference in the nation with such a small resume.

I can state definitively that Bama just downgraded in the HC department. How much is yet TBD.

The #1 qb for 2024 has been in Tuscaloosa since December. Think the new Bama coach might have talked to him this week?
