I’m sure you said the same thing about Peyton Manning when the Colts went 3-13 his rookie season and set the interception record in a season for Rookie QB’s.
You can’t really go off of someone rookie year as a starter before making your mind up. He could turn out to be a very good player. The panthers coaching sucks non the less.

LSU fans don’t think logically when it comes to players that use to play for Alabama. Saban has done a number on that fan base.

He also had 3700 yards and 26 TDs when everyone in the league wasn’t putting up those kind of passing numbers. He was 3rd in the league in yards and 5th in TDs.
Conversely, Bryce Young is 29th in the league in ypg and 25th in TDs. Of QBs who have played in at least 15 games, he’s dead last in both. He’s also dead last in YPA. He’s been really bad, rookie or not

And that bust Troy Aikman threw 9 TDs to 18 INTs his rookie year.
