Definitely not. I'd say 25% do 3 years of playing time at this point. NIL money will probably get you more talent than anything. Money talks, BS walks. Losing talent and coaches has hurt Saban more than anything. He can't win by hording talent like he did in the past.

I still say it has to form the nucleus of your team
