They refused the 9 game conference schedule for leverage moving forward. It’s pretty absurd schools are making this much money when coaching salaries and stadium renovations are pretty much entirely funded by donations

What ($$$) exactly did we each get in 2023? $38-45 million?
In a $110 million plus AD budget, we need to be getting at least $75 million for our SEC media rights.
SEC should definitely NOT go to 9 games a year unless ESPN/ABC will give us enough revenue to make it worthwhile. We just added Texass and OU and each of us (14 teams already in the SEC) got exactly ZERO $$$ more than we were gonna get for a 14-team SEC. The extra $$$ ESPN ponied up ALL goes to OU and Texass
