Wilks hired Baker at the beginning of January 2022 as a safties coach. Wilks left around the middle of January to take the Panthers job. Baker wasn’t promoted until late February.
I would rather Drink take his time and find the right fit.

I assume Durkin was waiting to see if he’d get another offer and we’ve now moved on.
