I also think it’s a bit reductive that people think someone is a shitty recruiter because their name isn’t listed by top targets and commits on an on3 profile page. I would say it’s definitely safe to say that’s a good way to find “ace recruiters.” But there is a lot of room between being an ace recruiter and being a shitty recruiter. All we know of Caddy is that he definitely not an ace recruiter. I assume if he isn’t carrying his weight we will eventually move on from him. He’s not some bbq gang coach that the boosters are in love with. Hugh I’m guessing will coax him to find another job if he isn’t recruiting well at all.

More than likely two-thirds of the people listed he doesnt even deserve credit for. Clay Wedin and Bradyn Joiner probably wont ever do anything.

He shows up as the secondary recruiter for Tank, however Garner and Gus mostly did work there.

Coach Friend brought Hunter with him. He does deserve credit for Damari and Cobb, but neither has been anything to write home about. That can change-especially with Cobb.

We need the RB coach to show up in the recruiting rankings. I don't know why there has to be any gray area when we certainly don't let other coaches have this much grey area. If anything let the offensive mastermind or defensive coordinator be the less responsible for recruiting.
