re: Our offense is outdated

Time has already told with Rees. He has never had a good offense since he’s been a coordinator. Think about this how many times has he created a mismatch with a receiver on a linebacker? How many times has he come out of the huddle with the running back split wide only to motion him back into the backfield to let us know whether the defense is in man or zone? When was the last time you saw us run a rub route? A slip screen to the running back? Don’t give me this crap about milroe can’t throw intermediate because I can point back to several throws this year where he made beautiful 10-20 yard passes. As an OC it’s about scheming and finding mismatches. He’s a big ten guy and scoring 40 points per game isn’t something he’s ever seen as a player or coach. He never was a fit here and next season will go like this if he’s retained.
