Why?? After one of the greatest and deadliest opening offensive passing drives in SeC championship game history? Did the coordinators switch gears away from what worked in facemeltinf fashion and try to win by doing the opposite?

Bama adjusted well and we didn't

Should have pounded Milton

Saban changed something on defense...should have been able to run the ball after they made the change based on numbers, but for whatever reason we couldn't. But that change and then Bobo trying to make them pay by running the ball more made it seem like we went conservative. Just couldn't block as well as we should have I guess? Idk man, frustrating to look back on for sure.

Once McConkey was playing on one leg, he was no longer a threat, yet we kept him in

Take it easy. We're going to finish with an AP or Coaches #1 and split the title.
There's no reason to lash out this way.

Can’t unsee it, sir
Greatest and most effective opening drive in SEC championship game history.
And then, nothing if it’s semblance . Ever again

Mims was ruled OUT. That changed the offense. Truss is a non factor against Bama

That game was handed to Bama on a ball that bounced off the ground. UGA didn't play their best game but that ball was a 4th down and clearly hit the ground. They even called it out during today's game. I haven't heard one person say they thought that was a catch or if reviewed would have held up. Kirby should have challenged it. It would have erased a td and given Georgia the ball at midfield.

Saban said that they switched defensive fronts after the firt drive.

Mims went out. Bowers, McConkey and Mondon all played with a hitch in their giddy up. Dawgs did adjust in the second half. Out played Bama to the tune of 17-10. That with spotting Bama 3 points on the fumble in the 3rd.

Not lashing out. Just can’t help thinking about what might have been
2 games away from a potential threepeat.
Just imagine what the feeling in your stomach would have been right now today on the eve of such potential epic history.
Man.

It’s worse than that. 2 plays from a potential 3 peat. Fumble on sweep and non-review on 4th down incomplete pass.
To Bamas credit though, their defense is legit and we just couldn’t get points on the board when needed. We did a good enough job of slowing them down and should’ve been able to score enough to win.
Thus is college football.

Players being injured or hurt are just the breaks, I can live with that...
The only thing that yanks my chain was the non-review on the 4th down play...
They stop play and review erry time a player sneezes or scores but didn't on prolly the most critical play of the game.
Not espousing any conspiracy theory but just What The frick...

Yep, and the replay clearing showed that the ball was trapped on the ground.
And the fact that it wasn't reviewed is telling.
It was such a big play that I'm disappointed that Kirby didn't challenge the call with a timeout.
