I made the same argument for Tyler Simmons (low 3 star) who got shite on by over half of the fanbase for years.
In a recruiting thread, I called him a "hit" by virtue of him getting starting snaps. My take wasn't received very well.

OLB coaching must be really bad if Chambliss is the only guy getting early down snaps on the position.
