If you tied diversity to race, instead of location and conference, it shows how retard you are. Why would you assume race? The dude is NJ, half our staff usually comes from the Northeast. We ain’t gonna be a bunch of Texas guys. Or what you’re implying, a bunch of only white Texas guys I guess.
